Faith

Workshop 1: The foundation of our faith is the ability to confidently defend one’s belief in the existence of God

Workshop 2: In a pluralistic society, a Catholic leader can show the uniqueness of Christianity on the basis of the Divinity of Christ

Workshop 3: In spite of turmoil. scandals and persecution, a leader can confidently reassure others that the One, Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church is still the only reliable true church established by Christ for our sake and salvation.

Spirituality

Workshop 1: Developing a love of confession forms leaders in the virtues of humility, forgiveness, and mercy.

Workshop 2: Developing a love of the Eucharist is the foundation of the Christian life of charity towards God and neighbour.

Workshop 3: The grace of confirmation is a greater awareness of our unique mission to love and serve God.

Leadership

Workshop 1:

Planning for Ministry: “Without a vision the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18 The writer of the Old Testament text knew how important vision is the achievement of any endeavour. This session looks at why vision is at the heart of planning for any ministry or event.

Team, Stakeholders & Legal Responsibilities – Leadership requires an understanding of key relationships that will contribute to making any ministry/event successful. This session explores the nature of each of these relationships.

Workshop 2:

Running a Session/Event - Running an event is stressful at the best of times. This session provides an insight into the elements required for successfully implementing a well thought out plan.

Being an Influencer – The communication of vision is at the heart of leadership. Without the capacity to lead others towards a common goal there is little hope of inspiring to sacrifice for a cause. This session looks at tools for becoming greater influencers.

Workshop 3:

Reviewing Ministry – Feedback is the food of champions. The need for reviewing all things ministry is of utmost importance to ensure that we constantly striving to bring the best in the service of the Kingdom of God. This session explores that is necessary for effective reviewing of ministry.
